Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at REVAGI.

All Sales Are Final

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or returns on our products once they are purchased. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@revagi.sg with details of the product and the defect. 

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please contact us promptly with details of the product and the defect.

Shipping

To return the product, you should mail your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
