Order Processing & Tracking

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Local Shipping

 

We offer free local delivery within Singapore via courier for our valued customers. 
Deliveries usually take 3 – 5 working days after the order is dispatched and will be delivered by a courier.

Under exceptional circumstances orders may take longer than the published timings to be delivered.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, if you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us at info@revagi.sg to discuss special arrangements.

Our team will work with you to explore available shipping options and determine the best way to fulfill your order.

Please note that international orders arranged through special requests may take longer to process and ship.

 

Delivery Changes

 

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we do not allow change of address once an order is confirmed and captured. Kindly cancel the order before the order is processed and proceed to make a new order.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We do not deliver to PO Box, military camps or facilities and most of the islands in Singapore. Please provide a full delivery address in English and telephone contact number when you place your order to avoid delays.

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to some regions due to international regulations or carrier limitations. If your order is affected, we will notify you promptly.

 

Delays & Issues

 

While we strive to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier services, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@revagi.sg so we can assist you.

Please note that during certain busy periods such as Chinese New Year, Easter, Sale, Christmas and other holidays, orders may take a little longer than usual to be dispatched and delivered.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs at checkout. REVAGI is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping and importation.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please reach out to us immediately at info@revagi.sg with your order number and any supporting details.
